We are making our Christmas Turducken for the fourth consecutive year. We again purchased our birds at the Butcher's Block, in the little strip of shops just west of the Best Buy, on the east side of town. And once again we had them debone the birds for us: they do a job of it.
Assembly is complete! It bakes all day on Christmas.
